・What is necessary for filing a Design Application・ When you request SKY PATENT to file a Design application, please prepare the followings. (1) 6 Drawings of articles 　　・fornt view 　　・rear view 　　・side view (right and left) 　　・plan view 　　・bottom view (2) perspective view (3) brief explanation of the drawings Please ask us if all documents above are not prepared for filing. If the design application has already been filed with the Patent Office in your country, please send us all the application documents filed with the Patent Office.

・Design search・ We recommend you to conduct a design search before filing a design application. The application would waste money, if the similar design articles to yours are found after filing.
